Our services are provided on a month to month basis, so you aren’t locked into an inflexible contract that limits your freedom. We want our clients to stay with us because they want to, not because they have to, and once you’re on board, we believe you won’t want to leave!   

We list your property on all of the major vacation rental platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeAway in order to maximize your target market. Each listing is carefully created with professional photography, eye-catching design, and engaging content, all with marketing in mind.

The vacation rental platforms we use have their own built-in booking systems. We utilize additional tools to coordinate the various platforms and ensure there are no booking conflicts.

Guest payments are also received through the rental platforms through their own systems. All payment will pass through the Speed Keyz account, then deposited into your account, less our commission portion. We will also follow up with guests for any additional costs incurred and collect them on your behalf.  

No guest interaction is necessary as Speed Keyz handles all check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, requests, and complaints before, during, and after their stay on your property.

Yes! We are committed to maintaining the integrity of your home and good standing with your neighbors. We will turn away bookings from guests with negative reviews or a history of destructive behavior. We also employ a noise-monitoring system that alerts us if there is a disturbance so we can intervene before it becomes a problem.

Speed Keyz employs an in-house housekeeping manager who coordinates all cleaning and janitorial, laundry, inventory, and stocking needs with his team of housekeepers. We ensure the house is kept clean, and that guests are never left short of clean linens, toiletries, and other restockable household items.

Even with thorough guest screening, accidents can occur. If any damage is caused to your property by a guest, we follow up with them to collect on the repair costs and coordinate for work to be performed as soon as possible in order that subsequent guests are not affected.

Our vacation rental management fees are charged on a commission basis and range from 15-20%, depending on the scope of services as well as the size and type of your property. Some optional services such as professional photography are charged separately on an upfront, one-time-fee basis.
